When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card information, and email address. We consider this information to be private and we keep it on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We do not sell, give, provide, or lend your information to any outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders and administering our site. If you elect to be included on our email mailing list, we will use your email address and name to periodically send you email communications of news that may be of interest to you.

We provide multiple options for delivery of your order. Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item(s), and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can select different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.
Final shipping costs may change from the given estimate depending on the final dimensions and weight, as provided by the shipping provider.
In-stock items usually ship within one day of order date. We will inform you of any delays if they arise, and the expected lead-time for delivery of special orders.

return policy
- Opened or tinted cans of paint, stains, finishes, caulks, adhesives, cleaners, and other consumables cannot be returned.
- Special orders will not be returned to us, but we will follow the policy of the manufacturer and will facilitate your return to them, if they allow a return. Many special order items are not returnable. Any restocking fees from the manufacturer and shipping fees will be collected on the manufacturer’s and shipper’s behalves.
- In-stock flooring and sheetgoods are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additional freight charges may apply. Boxes must not be opened, and must be in new resellable condition.
- Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and not returnable.
- Shipping fees are not refundable for shipping going to or from the customer.
With the understanding of the above, returns with an original sales receipt are allowed within 30 days of purchase:
- A purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
- A purchase made by PayPal will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
- A purchase up to $100 made by cash will be refunded in cash. A purchase over $100.00 will be refunded by check (refer to next bullet).
- A purchase made by a check that has cleared the 10-business day waiting period will be refunded by check within 10 days. If the check has not cleared the 10-business day waiting period will be refunded by check after the 10-business day waiting period has passed.
- A purchase made by a gift card will be refunded by debiting back to the gift card.
- A purchase made by store credit will be refunded as store credit.
- Purchases made within the past 30 days by credit, debit or check, we may be able to look up for you if you have a store account. If so, the above policy applies.
- If not, a store credit may be issued based on the lowest selling price.
