- Scratch resistant… take the test! In store, you will be able to test the finish's resistance to scratches and loss of gloss by repeated abrasion with a steel wool pad. GENERATIONS is rated #1 for resisting scuffs and traffic patterns.
- The anti-microbial treatment applied in GENERATIONS finish helps maintain excellent hygiene conditions, reducing the risk of microbe (and mildew) growth on the finish surface. Non-toxic, this treatment adds level of protection for healthy, hygienic floors.
- The non yellowing treatment is composed of 2 different UV screens and protects the original color of the floor from the various light sources that could alter it:
- UV screen against Finish Yellowing: the finish will not turn yellow but it does not prevent the wood from turning yellow;
- UV screen against Wood Yellowing: the finish has a screen that will delay the yellowing of the wood beneath it, and reduce the intensity of the yellowing when it does occur.
