What might you do with a big ol' tree if it comes down in your yard? What if it seems just too beautiful to turn into mulch? How about turning it into beautiful planks to make counters, desks, shelves, tables, bars, wall fixtures, or whatever else your imagination may come up with.
Our local reclaimed planks were simply trees from our area at one point. Our source takes the downed planks, planes, dries and cleans them the old fashioned way. What's left is up to your imagination.
Species vary--typically black walnut, american cherry, elm, maple, mulberry, and occasionally locust and other unusual species.
Expect live edges, varied grains, knots, holes, and lots of organic design. No two planks are alike!
