The Wicander cork legacy began in Sweden in 1868. Hjalmar “Lalle” Wicander was fourth generation in cork. After working for his family’s business, he moved his young family across the Atlantic in 1975. There he founded what would eventually become WECORK in Exeter, New Hampshire. Our headquarters are still there today, and it remains a fifth generation family business!
WECORK offers the best in glue-down and floating cork floors for commercial and residential applications. Our high quality cork comes from Portugal and the Mediterranean region.
Floating floors are an easy to install, glue-less solution that uses a Uniclic locking mechanism to click boards together. These durable planks and tiles provide all of the natural benefits you expect from cork floors, and are suitable for residential or light commercial use. Our floating cork flooring options include our Avant Garde, Eco-Nomical, and Serenity Collections.
Glue down floors come in tiles and rolls, with a wide variety of patterns and finishes to match any decor. Glue down cork products are great for commercial applications such as churches, libraries, educational buildings and hotels. Collections of glue down flooring include our Classic tiles and our Corkoleum rolls.
