How to Get Here
From the Capital Beltway (I-495):
Exit 33 at Connecticut Ave.
Head north on Connecticut Ave.
After 1.8 miles, go through the light at Knowles Avenue
Make a left onto Howard Avenue at the next block (at the Liberty gas station--white cones mark the turn lane)
Go through one stop sign. After passing through a thicket of trees, we're the first warehouse building on the left.
If southbound traffic on Connecticut Ave looks heavy (making a lefthand turn a long process), then you can:
turn left at the light at Knowles Ave.
Turn right (at the first light) on Summit Ave.
At the first stop sign, turn left on Howard Avenue.
After passing through a thicket of trees, we're the first building on the left.
From Rockville Pike (St. Rt. 355):
Turn onto Strathmore Rd in North Bethesda (opposite Georgetown Prep school).
Cross Beach Drive.
Take the first left onto Howard Ave, go around a bend.
We are the last warehouse on the right before hitting the tree thicket.
From Georgia Ave:
Turn west onto Plyers Mill Rd.
Turn left on Connecticut Ave.
Make a quick right on Howard Ave.
Go through one stop sign (Summit Ave).
After passing through a thicket of trees, we're the first building on the left.
Metrorail: The closest stations on the Red Line are:
- Grosvenor-Strathmore(~2.5 miles) and Wheaton, which connect to Howard Ave @ Connecticut Ave through Ride On Bus 6.
Zipcar is located at the Grosvenor-Strathmore station.
- Forest Glen, which connects to Howard Ave @ Connecticut Ave through Ride On Bus 7.
MARC: We are about 1/3 mile from the Kensington station on the MARC Brunswick Line, which runs to DC Union Station.
By Bike: We are about 1/2 mile east of Beach Drive/Rock Creek Park. From Beach Drive, go west on Knowles for about 50 yards, then make your first left on Howard Ave. Go around a bend to the right and up the street. We are the last warehouse on the right before hitting the tree thicket. You can park your bike on either of our black fences.
