These premium interior mouldings are composed of 90% recycled plastic. The unique composition of our products make them durable, waterproof, mould and mildew resistant, termite proof, zero VOC, and eco-friendly.

The proprietary manufacturing process extrudes a product that has the same density as a soft wood. Its hardened exterior skin with soft cellular core can be left its nice white color or painted. You can cut it, nail it, glue it, sand it and paint it, "just like wood".

Use it anywhere in the interior where you need trimwork, including kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and basements.

Fabrication guidelines:
Cuts and copes with precision with hand saws. For power saws, use a 7.5 inch blade with 24 teeth, or a 10 inch blade with 80-90 teeth. Make a quick cut for precision.

Shoot it. Hand nail with a #3 or #4 bright finish nails. With a nail gun, use 16 or 18 gauge finishing brads; set pressure between 70-90 PSI

Caulk it with a flexible water-based caulk, such as Titebond Weathermaster.

Paint it, preferably with a primer coat base to ensure long-lasting adhesion.
