The D'MAND Hot Water System is designed to move hot water to your most remote fixture within seconds, saving energy and water. When activated (by the push of a button, remote control, or motion sensor), the D'Mand pump pulls the hot water from the water heater and the cold water--that is normally wasted down the drain--is circulated back to the water heater through the cold water line. The pump automatically shuts off when the right water temperature is met.

The system includes a high performance pump, integrated controller and electronic zone valve; requires no special plumbing; and is designed for use with almost any hot water heating system (both tank and tankless) in new or existing homes or businesses.

Use this model for homes sized 1700-3500 square feet (by far the most popular model). For ranch houses or longer hot water runs use model S-50T. For really long runs, large diameter piping, and commercial applications, use model S-02T.

Additional remote sensors are available to activate from other rooms (works through walls and floors). This is useful when you have multiple bathrooms on the top floor and similar layouts.
